My experience with the program was one of the most transformative years of my life. Coming from a strictly hip-hop background, I found both discipline and openness, and with Sara’s constant support I grew not only as a dancer, but as a person.

I chose Danseuddannelsen to strengthen my technical and physical foundation, and the program gave me greater body awareness, endurance, and the confidence to explore dance in new and more artistic ways.

I attended the education, loving the art of dance and left having fallen in love with the physicality of dance, and that now follows me in all the dance and movement I work with. Not just the discipline, but a constant re-evaluation of how my body can work to perform and explore even more - questioning how that obstacle can become a road of exploration

Danseuddannelsen is the best place to explore, educate and push yourself. Sara creates a safe and awesome environment with plenty of space to challenge and evolve in every way. It is so much more than just a dance education. It’s also a very personal education where you learn a lot about every aspect of yourself - if you dive deep enough.
